R.E.S.T. PEACE (and SABA) 12/30/07
From 11/27 ~ Whatever I listen to, I hear.
Whatever I hear, I believe.
Whatever I believe, I obey.
Whatever I obey, I reflect.
Albedo ~ Whatever I reflect, I AM.
* Child 1 ~ ********************************
Jesus was hugging me. I saw hearts. I saw a waterfall of peace and joy.
The sun was peeking out of us.
*****************************************
* Looking like 2 sticks, their ends together form a dark circle. An “O” of God. Walking closer, the circles become larger, until they create a huge arching doorway. I know what doorways mean.
I peer through this arch, trying to gain understanding before entering. The 2 sticks stretch far beyond the natural limits of my vision, extending farther than can be seen. Vastly spread apart, so wide and so vast I cannot tell where they end and the horizon begins, if there is a horizon. This room, or hall, looks safe and unusually inviting. I enter it.
As soon as my body passes the circular portal, all outer stimulation ceases. It is a mild shock to my sensory system; no colors to see; no sounds to hear. The ground itself appears hard and flat. It widens as I step on it. It is not hard ~ not flat ~ but curiously alive… and… happy! It shapes itself to the soles of my feet ~ comfortable yet unobtrusive ~ like the custom-made sole of a very expensive shoe. I understand much from the emotions shooting through my feet; this incredible flooring was created to bring me security and pleasure.
The lack of color should be boring, but isn’t. The lack of sound should be frightening or eerie, but it is neither. Nothing to taste, nothing to hold, nothing to fix, nothing to solve ~ my 5 senses have nothing to do here. The “ceaselessness” is overwhelmingly strong and powerful. Yet the void I experience is not empty, but full ~ to the max and overflowing ~ an experience very profound ~ no, deeper than profound ~ it is an intense experience of true rest and peace. This whole room, hall, cavern, acreage… it is peace-filled. Filled with peace. “And on earth, peace to all men…”
Peace starts on the outside of me and goes in. Penetrating, unstoppable, totally and completely consuming… there is nothing else to do but experience it. I breath it, smell it, taste it, see it,
hold it, hear it…. Peace touching and filling and healing and restoring every cell in my body, in my mind and my spirit; touching all of me, every moment ~ all the time. Incredible.
I turn back to look through the archway, back to where I came from. I see dazzling colors dash past the opening, beckoning. Various “issues” hug the doorframe ~ the stickend circle doorframe ~ waiting impatiently for my return. I can see their mouths open, in sad lament, over my absence but I cannot hear them. Here, in this peace-place, I am freed from all external issues, no matter how deep or important they are. It is an amazing moment. A moment of total freedom.
Come to Me, all you who labor ~ are heavy-laden and overburdened ~
and I will cause you to rest. I will ease and relive and refresh your souls.
Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle, meek and humble in heart,
and you will find rest ~
relief, ease, refreshment, recreation and blessed quiet ~
for your souls. Matthew 11:2,29 amp

Have salt within yourselves, and be at peace.
Live in harmony with one another. Mark 9:50 amp
Preserve your peace. It is not empty. It is not a waste of time.
“Peace of God” is strong, powerful and mighty.
May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace…

Introducing SABA . 1/01/08
Continuing to explore this place of Peace, I grow content in the womb of God.
I mean, content, as in ways I have never be content before. Unbelievably content.
I’ve kept my feet on the ground. I’ve cultivated a quiet heart.
Like a baby content in its mother’s arms, my soul is a baby content. Ps 131
“SABA” ~ to be satisfied, filled, content, enriched, have peace of mind, be serene, at rest.
The whole of me
in absolute and abandoned harmony with each part of me,
each piece, at peace. Each piece…. at peace.
You’re blessed when you’re content with just who you are ~ no more ~ no less. That’s the moment you find yourself the proud owner of everything that can’t be bought. Mt 5:15 Message
* Child 3 ~ *********************************
I was on a long slide with Jesus. It tipped back and forth, like a teeter-totter. At first it was scary. Jesus said the slide was in God’s hands and I have to be ok with that. Then it was fun.
*****************************************
The path of right-living people is level. The Leveler evens the road…
We’re in no hurry, God. We’re content to linger in the path sign-posted with Your decisions.
Who You are and what You’ve done are all we’ll ever want. Isa 26:7 Message
Content with who they are and where they are, unanxious, they live in Peace. Zeph 3:13 Mes
If you’re content to simply be yourself, your life will count for plenty. Matt 23:12 Mes
* Child 4 ~ **********************************
I saw “2008” march around our house. Angels were dancing around that.
“This year will be a year of Joy!” They sang, “Joy! Joy! Bliss! Bliss!”
Heb 12:15 says, Keep a sharp eye out for weeds of bitter discontent.
*****************************************
Be content with who you are. God’s strong hand is on you. 1 Pet 5:6 Mes
It is so easy, so very easy, to be robbed of this contentment, this peace.
God’s gifts, His peace offering ~ so supernatural we cannot perceive it.
Cannot contain it. Cannot manufacture it. Cannot reserve it. Cannot merchandize it.
No wonder Satan hates the Man of Peace.
This is what he will never have.
Ever.
Peace.
Rest.
Contentment.
Unavailable to him at any price. Unavailable at any time. Unavailable. Ever.
* All around me, situations and circumstances have cluttered the sky line.
Everyplace I look is filled with events, people, situations, items ~ all too important to ignore.
The simplicity of God escapes me yet again.
Sometimes I feel I’m in a tin can, with “pre-scenery” painting the entire inside of the can.
There is nothing I can change. I try to repaint it. I try to erase it. I try to overcoat it.
But all my efforts look like immature graffiti. It changes nothing.
Nothing, I can change nothing.
I’m so tired… of looking… at these same scenes… and never changing… anything…
Then You whisper, “There is one thing you can change. You can give your tin can to Me.”
Immediately I am before Your throne. I only need to look in Your direction and I am “there”.
My feet get warm as my eyes seek You. I begin to melt. From the bottom of my feet up to the top of my head ~ I slowly, deliberately and yes…. even gracefully, melt.
Til I am a puddle before Your throne.
As You tilt the surface beneath me, the puddle that is “me” shifts without effort.
You tip in the other direction ~ and without plans or thought, I flow to the other side ~ staying constantly even. I am at “eye-level”, at “see-level”. From this place I stay smooth and even, regardless of how situations or circumstances jar or tilt me.
You smile now, and lift me so close to Your face that I can feel the glory twinkle in Your eye.
You are pleased with me ~ ! ~ pleased that I “see” this lesson in level-hood.
To stay even, to stay level in season and out ~ to be fluid at any tilt ~ this brings You honor.
This proves my faith. This increases my endurance and allows me access to Your storehouses.
When my eyes are on God, remaining “Level” is no effort. All is calm. All is bright.
Tip my life in any direction and my surface ~ my “me” ~ does not alter but remains steadfast.
Level.
The level-headed Christian ( the L.H.C.) will not over or under react. He has wisdom.
The L.H.C. carries knowledge and peace. He has serenity.
The L.H.C. can bear much without distortion or eruption. He has contentment.
The L.H.C. is an Eye-upon-God Christian. He is enflamed with love!
He is a huge water surface that reflects God’s face. He brings God honor and glory.
You must be melted to be a L.H.C. reflector.
I look again at the unending scenery encasing my life.
I’m amazed at how differently things look when I am melted.
Undone, life looks divine. When melted, all things look possible.
Challenges enriching.
Adversity exciting!
I wonder what holds me when I’m melted, what tips me so I flow like fluid.
Then I know.
It is the very hands of God!
His hands hold me, tilt me, tip me, mold me, embrace me.
My life scenes are etched on His fingers, in His palms, in His heart.
It is this position of liquid melt-down, I am a reflect able surface.
Just gazing on Him, resting and melted in His Presence causes intense reflection.
I see His face, I reflect His peace. His rest. His face. Tilt.
The level-headed Christian is at peace. He is consumed with rest. He is content.
The L.H.C. (remember you must be melted to be level) is Saba.
* Child 5 ~ ********************************
I saw a large lake with a whirlpool that worked opposite. Instead of sucking things in and down, this one pushed things up and out. The things looked like Play-doh. God took those things and made cool stuff. He said we need to build up and not tear down.
*****************************************
SABA.
Give it away. You got “cool stuff”.
